Life is hard, busy, unexpected. Everyday, it seems I'm barely staying afloat, but, we're doing it. We're even rocking it, occasionally. The kids have been fantastic in dealing with this new life. They're troopers, that's for sure, but more than that, they're so strong and are still happy, and kind and good to one another. I often find myself spotting sweet moments they have with one another, and they humble me, and remind me that they are doing the best they can. It's far better than I ever expected. I forget in the hustle and bustle of everyday and in the lost shoes, uncharged iPads, staying up past bedtime, sleeping in too late, messy rooms, undone chores, and on an on. I'm so glad they're mine and we're a team.
